The Whole Home Refresh is designed for clients who want to make the most of their existing furniture and décor while introducing thoughtful changes that create a more cohesive, elevated space. I'll work with what you already own and identify where small additions, rearranging, styling, or strategic updates can make the biggest impact. This is the perfect option for clients who want a beautiful transformation while staying budget-conscious. The Whole Home Refresh covers up to 6 primary living spaces, with an extra cost per room added after that.
Includes:
● Space planning & floorplan
● Moodboard and overall design direction
● 3D renderings
● Recommendations for rearranging and styling existing pieces
● Suggested additions or replacements where needed
● Cohesive design direction throughout the home
Furniture, décor, lighting, and other physical products are not included in the design fee and are purchased separately by the client.
PREFERRED PURCHASING
Clients have the option to purchase select furnishings, lighting, décor, and other products through us. Through our relationships with select vendors, we may be able to offer preferred pricing on qualifying products, providing additional savings on select pieces from your design. For clients who choose to purchase through us, a flat $500 procurement fee applies. This fee includes order placement, vendor communication, and order tracking throughout the purchasing process. Products are shipped directly to the client. We do not receive, warehouse, deliver, or install products. Clients are responsible for receiving, inspecting, and coordinating delivery and installation of all purchases. Preferred pricing is available only on qualifying products and is subject to vendor availability and terms.
